Shirly is a Licensed Real Estate Agent (LREA) commencing her real estate career in 2009. Prior to this Shirly has been in an administrative role with the University of Auckland, Faculty of Law (New Zealand) from 2001 – 2004 before joining her family in Australia. Shirly has been an all rounder support person with sales and property management beside her husband Sanjay Prasad ever since operating their own independent office at Westmead.

With increasing number of growing clients and as well as servicing their past and present clients, and after operating their LJ Hooker Franchise from 2015 through to 2018  and with so much success and passion in regards to the real estate industry, this husband and wife team have just launched their own independent agency WISE ESTATE AGENTS. A caring, trustworthy and always willing to go the extra mile.
